Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will assist with identification of marketing trends and opportunities for growth, facilitate creation of marketing and promotional materials, organizing marketing research, contacting and receiving clients accordingly and increase KGRTC brand awareness through advertising.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Develop ideas for improving marketing standards and processes.
  • Provide client support and coordination.
  • Manage Events at KGRTC.
  • Receive and direct clients.
  • Communicate with sponsors for Training clients, facilitate nominations and make logistical arrangements to receive course delegates.
  • Assist in developing content and monitor KGRTC’s social networking pages.
  • Assist with the maintenance of website, social media and blog platforms.

Candidate Profile:

  • Five (5) ‘O” Levels
  • Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management
  • Three (3) Years Experience in Marketing and Sales
  • Strong Team Player
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
  • Self Starter and self driven
