Digital Marketing Officer

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for the coordination of KGRTC’s online presence and social media platforms as well as the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions and initiatives.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop a monthly social media content calendar with relevant and engaging content that can be used across platforms.
  • Design online advertisements, certificates and invitations.
  • Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns specific to KGRTC clientele.
  • Develop marketing strategies, campaign plans and industry partner plans that drive course participants and conference clients.
  • Develop and manage content for KGRTC websites.
  • Identify new opportunities to boost online presence and reputation.
  • Design and develop content for email marketing campaigns that increase course participants and clients numbers.
  • Track and report on all social media and website metrics including Google Analytics.

Candidate Profile

The candidate must possess the following:

  • Five (5) ‘O’ levels.
  • A Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institution
  • A qualification in website development is critical
  • Three (3) years work experience in Digital Online Marketing
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent Numerical Competency
  • Good facilitation skills
  • Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
  • Self starter and self driven
